This study is aimed at the contrast of the efficiency of multimedia-aided instruction on learning of breaststroke swimming. In the research, the students who have the same grading result of the pre-test are randomly divided into two groups, learning the breast stroke. The students of experiment group is taught in multimedia-aided instruction, and the control group is in traditional lecturing instruction. The result shows that: the results of the post-test of the experiment group are better than that of the control group.
