橄欖球選手高負荷訓練後疲勞恢復之探討

摘要


運動員在高負荷的訓練訓練下容易產生運動性疲勞,身體機能若未恢復又馬上接受下一次的高負荷訓練,容易造成選手運動傷害。有氧訓練可以幫助運動員在運動過程中以及運動後疲勞的恢復、消除的時間變快,使身體機能完全恢復後,準備接受下一次高負荷訓練。恢復運動疲勞方法有水療法、運動按摩、功能性電刺激幫助恢復及放鬆肌肉。運動員接受高負荷訓練後身體會產生代謝物及肌肉疼痛,適當的恢復會加速乳酸移除、減少肌肉疼痛及運動傷害發生,身體機能得到適當的恢復後在訓練上可提高運動表現。

Athletes can easily experience sports fatigue with intensive trainings. Before the physical organism is resumed from an intensive training, another instant intensive training can easily cause sports injuries. Aerobic exercise can help athletes recover from fatigue during and after an exercise and effectively reduce fatigue, preparing them for the next high intensity training given the physical organism is fully resumed. The method to recover from sports fatigue includes water therapy, sports massage, functional electrical stimulation, which can help with muscle recovery and relaxation. Metabolite and muscle pain can be produced upon high intensity training. Moderate recovery can promote removing lactic acid, reduce muscle pain and sports injuries, where physical organism can be restored and exercise performance improved.
