檢視卵巢粘液細胞癌的三個問題：腹腔放液穿刺術，闌尾切除和化療
Three questions on mucinous ovarian cancer discussed
摘要
卵巢黏液細胞癌(mucinous ovarian carcinoma, mOC)是卵巢上皮細胞癌 (ovarian epithelial carcinoma, EOC)的一種，比較少見。一般而言，早期存活率極高，但都不容易被發現；晚期的mOC更是少見，預後比其他型別的EOC差。檢視mOC三個常碰到而且在處理上還未一致的問題：腹腔放液穿刺術(paracentesis of abdomen)，闌尾切除 (appendectomy)和化療 (chemotherapy)。目的在明瞭新近文獻的數據分析，借鏡以避免過度治療和可能帶來的負面結果，以及建議可能有效的化療。

Three questions on mucinous ovarian carcinoma presently reviewed are: (1) paracentesis of abdomen for cytology, (2) routine appendectomy and (3) chemo-therapy. This study aimed to assess the value of the diagnostic procedure involved and to review the targeted drugs chosen.
