摘要

骨盆腔內較為常見的平滑肌瘤為源自子宮的子宮平滑肌瘤（uterine leiomyoma），而外生性子宮肌瘤（exophytic uterus leiomyoma）或源自於腸胃道平滑肌瘤（gastrointetinal leiomyoma）是屬於比較罕見的狀況。本文呈現一個巨大的骨盆腔腫瘤案例，剖腹探查之後發現此巨大的平滑肌瘤源自於乙狀結腸腸繫膜，在此闡述鑑別診斷的邏輯與過程，並回顧相關的文獻。

Generally, the most common benign smooth muscle tumor originating from the pelvis is uterine leiomyoma. Exophytic uterus leiomyoma or gastrointestinal leiomyoma in the pelvis is extremely rare. In this article, we report a patient with a giant pelvic tumor who underwent exploratory laparotomy, and the final pathology revealed a leiomyoma originating from the sigmoid mesocolon. Current literature regarding diagnosis and treatment strategy is reviewed.
