摘要

本研究以SWOT分析，做問卷調查研究我國拳擊運動之發展；經統計後分析與討論，獲以下結論：一、中華民國拳擊協會優勢：由於拳擊運動「是亞、奧運指定項目」，所以，發展上擁有優勢；其次，由於「理事長經營與關係」，所以，拳擊運動之發展擁有優勢。二、中華民國拳擊協會劣勢︰由於「經費不足」，所以拳擊發展有些劣勢；另由於「媒體報導不足」，則是拳擊運動發展劣勢。三、中華民國拳擊協會機會︰因為「職業拳擊賽關係」，所以是拳擊運動發展機會；當然，由於拳擊是「亞奧運指定項目」，所以，機會難得。四、中華民國拳擊協會威脅︰由於「國際賽成績」不佳，所以，這是拳擊發展的威脅；包括學生成績好壞，直接影響升學，也影響未來就業；甚至，「教練工作保障與否」，也是拳擊發展的威脅。

This study adopted the SWOT analysis to investigate the development of boxing in our country through questionnaire survey. After analyzing and discussing the statistics obtained, we concluded that: 1. Advantages of ROC Boxing Association: owing to the fact that boxing is one of the sports listed in Asian Games and the Olympic Games, it has the advantage in term of development; the second reason for its advantageous development owes to the ＂management of director and relationship＂. 2. Disadvantages of ROC Boxing Association: the development of boxing has some disadvantages due to the ＂insufficiency of fund＂ as well as the ＂insufficient news reports by media＂. 3. Opportunities of ROC Boxing Association: ＂Prizefight＂ which is professional is the opportunity for the development of boxing as well as being one of the sports played in the Asian Games and the Olympic Games. 4. Threats to the ROC Boxing Association: due to the ＂poor performance in international games＂, it becomes a threat to the development of boxing; the performance of the students will directly affect their future career and employment decision; furthermore, the ＂job guarantee for coaches＂ is also a threat for the development of boxing.
