跳繩運動訓練對智能障礙學生健康體適能之研究

The Effects of Jumping Rope Exercise on Physical Fitness of Vocational Student with Mental Disability

摘要


本研究主要目的是以跳繩運動訓練介入,來了解智能障礙學生及弱勢學生健康體適能的變化情形。本研究係以南投縣某國立高級工業職業學校16位年齡為15-17歲的輕度智能障礙學生為研究對象,採隨機抽樣方式,分為實驗組和對照組各8名。本研究於實驗前、後對實驗組與對照組進行健康體適能檢測。所得數據以成對樣本t檢定與獨立樣本t檢定來分析比較兩組受試者在健康體適能是否具有統計上顯著差異,顯著水準(p<.05)。再與蔡永輝(2009)跳繩運動訓練對弱視學生健康體適能之影響論文為次級資料,進行智能障礙與弱視學生對跳繩運動訓練後在健康體適能的差異性。所得結果如下:(1)兩組經由成對樣本t考驗分析兩組前、後測差異,結果發現輕度智能障礙學生實驗組在肌肉適能、心肺耐力等健康體適能達到顯著提升;視覺障礙學生實驗組在柔軟度、心肺耐力等健康體適能達到顯著提升。(2)以獨立樣本t檢定分析比較,結果發現輕度智能障礙學生實驗組在肌肉適能、心肺耐力均有顯著改善;視覺障礙學生實驗組在柔軟度、心肺耐力均有顯著改善。本研究結論發現,跳繩運動訓練課程可以提升輕度智能障礙及視覺障礙學生在肌肉適能、心肺耐力、柔軟度的效果。

This study aims at examining the different effect of rope jumping training on the health related physical fitness of students with Amblyopia and mental disability. A random sampling in Nantou vocational school with a total of 16 mild mental impaired students aged from 15 to 17 were recruited. By means of random assignment subjects were devided into the experimental and control group with each 8 members. All participants were examined with health related physical fitness before and after the training. Taking Tsai's (2009) research which participants were visual impaired students as secondary data into comparison, the analysis was conducted by paired samples t-test as well as dependent samples t-test. The results showed that there was significant difference (p<0.05) in health related physical fitness. The results are as follows: (1) Paired samples t test was applied to analyze both researches. It indicated there is a significant improvement in cardiovascular endurance and muscular fitness of physical fitness in mental impaired experimental group. In contrast, there is a significant improvement in aerobic capacity and cardiovascular endurance in visual impaired experimental group. (2) Dependent samples t-test showed that mild mental impaired student in experimental group have improved their cardiovascular endurance and muscular fitness, while visual impaired students have improved their flexibility and aerobic capacity as well as cardiovascular endurance. In conclusion, Rope jumping training had significant effect on improving muscular fitness, aerobic capacity and cardiovascular endurance.
