摘要

透過蒐整國內及日本、澳洲、美國、德國等四個國家之大專院校畢業生就業追蹤監測系統，並輔以輿情等大數據資料，經由專家學者擬定發展符合我國國情與社會狀況之大專畢業生就業追蹤監測指標架構及項目，成果除了可供發展符合我國國情與社會狀況之大專畢業生就業追蹤監測系統之參據，並藉由建立大專畢業生就業追蹤監測指標，結合質化與量化的監測結果，掌握我國未來就業趨勢走向，協助大專畢業生發展職業所需技能與專長，以利就業轉業。

The study "Data Collection and Analysis of College Graduates Employment Monitoring" aims to find out indices that stand for the social circumstances of Taiwan. Various methodologies including literature review, big data analysis, and expert interviews are adopted in the focal study to establish indices. By tracing those indices in the future, the authorities concerned is able to know the trend of employment market well, and college graduates are able to develop skills and specialty when searching for jobs.
