Exploration and Thinking of the Bilingual Teaching Method for Signal Courses

The internationalization of higher education has already become an inevitable trend of China's higher education reform. The international perspective and communicative ability have become the basic requirement of talent cultivation. The students graduated from the programs in electronic information and communication must have a firm foundation on two aspects of the specialty knowledge and the specialty English, and a strong ability to adapt future science and technology development. The author of this paper has explored and practiced for bilingual teaching courses of signal analysis and processing about 10 years. To achieve the aim of mutual exchanging and learning with other colleagues teaching similar courses, the author, hereby, authentically introduced some intuitive experiences and thinking problems that arise from the teaching process of the courses of Signals & Systems and Digital Signal Processing that are lectured by using Chinese and English alternately.
