以敘說作為企業協同探究的一種觀點與可能

摘要

本文紀錄一位時尚品牌企業主轉化歷程，筆者為專業顧問，反思並整理這歷時十二年的顧問關係。過去顧問介入模式多以專家角色出現，對於企業主過去成長歷程與私人關係甚少接觸甚至迴避討論，因此本文希望使用生命敘事方法與角度重新觀看企業主與其關係，期望能發現有不同面向詮釋和質地，試著以生命敘說參考架構，做為顧問觀看角度，注重在其整體觀與重視脈絡。由巨觀的大時代事件、國家經濟政策到企業主的社會位置以及成長歷程，同時輔以微觀的個人內在早期深刻記憶、早期行為劇本到當下的社會互動經驗、行動路徑與親密關係影響以及放眼未來的規劃都對企業主有著不同程度的影響，這些過去專家角色較少談論的議題卻能著實的影響著企業主的生命與企業的發展。在本研究中發現過去的經驗影響不只發生在個人的生命，也同時相當程度的左右了企業主的創業型態與理念，使用生命敘說與行動研究的方法能對企業與人有更完整而深入的認識。企業主的個人生命歷程以及重要記憶讓企業主能觀看到自己的來時路，相較於專家角色的顧問，整體脈絡的觀看方式讓顧問歷程成為陪伴角色，能與企業主有相互觀看彼此生命歷程關係與互動，同時透過這個關係不斷深化反思企業前進方向，更期待因本研究的分享，讓生命敘說不只是傳記般的詮釋與論述，更能透過這歷程加深企業主的實質決策以及未來的生命能動性。

This research recorded a conversion process of a fashion brand business owners, the author reflected and organized it lasted 12 years as a professional consultant. The consultant used to be an intervention more character to appear as an expert, seldom to contact even avoid to the pass grew up process and personal relationship. This research hopes to use narrative techniques and life-angle view of business owners and their relationship again, hoping to find that there are different aspects of interpretation and texture, try to life as the foundation of narrative viewpoint, focusing and paying attention as consultant for the context of its overall concept. Viewed from the great era of the giant event, national economic policies and to the social position of the growth process, supplemented internal early memory by individual micro profound, early behavior script to experience the moment of social interaction, path and intimacy of social interaction even future plans initiated the varying degrees of impact on the main case. These issues discussed less in the past affecting the development of the case and their business. The research found that the affection of past experience was not only limited in their individual's life but also in a considerable degree of entrepreneurial business owners about the patterns and ideas, using a life narrative and psychological biography of the discussion discovering more on the enterprise and who have found in this study was more complete and fully understanding. The process of personal life and important memories could disclosure the way of being here, the overall context viewpoint facilitate consulting process as companying role which was different from the role of just being an expert consultants. Consultant improved and deepened the orientation of the enterprise through sharing and gazing their interaction of each other. Looking forward to share this research, so that life is not just biographical narrative interpretation and discussion, more expectation through this process deepened the decision-making of entrepreneurs and the activation of life in the future.
