海峽兩岸建設工程品質監管法制之比較
Comparison of Legal System of Construction Quality Control on Cross-Strait
摘要
隨著《海峽兩岸服務貿易協議》的簽署，兩岸建設業的交流與合作進一步加強，如何對兩岸營建廠商進行品質監管成為重要議題。本文旨在分析大陸地區與臺灣建設工程品質監管制度的背景與相關立法制度的沿革，並將兩地目前現行的建設工程品質監管制度進行對比研究，希望能為兩岸建設工程品質監管立法工作互相借鑒提出建議和對策。

With the signing of Cross-Strait Service Trade Agreement, the exchange and cooperation of construction industry on Cross-Strait have been further strengthened. How to supervise quality of construction is becoming important issue. This paper evaluated the background and history related legislative system of construction quality supervision on China Mainland and Taiwan, and comparative currently existing quality management and monitoring of public construction on Cross- Strait. Furthermore, hoping to provide suggestions and countermeasures for quality of construction projects on Cross-Strait learn from each other regulatory legislation.
