本研究是透過1996到2005年共十年間的文獻回顧並使用關鍵字來進行相關文章分類以瞭解創新管理的發展歷程(包括當期發展的研究技術及應用的領域)。根據277篇創新領域相關文章,本研究將針對創新不同的應用領域及其問題範疇,將創新管理所使用的研究技術予以區分為七大類:分別為創新管理的架構、資訊系統與資訊通信技術、知識基礎系統、量化方法、質化方法、作業管理及建模等等。為提供日後創新技術與應用的發展,本研究的結論有以下幾點:(1)就創新管理的技術面而言,有朝向「專家導向」發展的趨勢;而從創新管理的應用面來看,則是往「問題導向」來發展。(2)整合創新管理的研究技術能拓展我們對創新管理發展的視野;(3)「變」的本質將是未來推動創新管理技術與應用發展的最大助力;(4)部份創新的研究議題將會是未來創新管理的重要發展方向。
This paper surveys innovation management (IM) development using a literature review and classification of articles from 1996 to 2005 with keyword index in order to explore how IM technologies and applications have developed in this period. Based on the scope of 277 articles of innovation management applications, this paper surveys and classifies IM technologies using the seven categories as:IM framework, information system and information communication technology, knowledge-based system, quantitative methods, qualitative methods, operation management, and modelling, together with their application for different research and problem domains. Some discussion is presented, indicating future development for innovation management technologies and applications as followings:(1) IM technologies tend to develop towards expert orientation, and IM applications development is a problem-oriented domain. (2) Integration of research, and IM technologies studies may broaden our prospect on IM development. (3)The ability to continuially change and obtain new understanding is the power of IM technologies and will be the application of future work. (4) Some other innovation research topics and practical studies are critical field for IM research and development at the future.
