創業導向、倫理氣候與組織績效關聯性之研究:以銀行業為例

A Study of Relationships among Entrepreneurial Orientation, Ethical Climate, and Organizational Performance in Banking Industry

摘要


本研究以現在臺灣本土銀行為研究對象,結合「創業導向」與「倫理氣候」決定因素的研究取向,主要目的在探討銀行內部的創業導向強度是否會顯著地影響其倫理氣候及其組織績效。故採用立意抽樣法對樣本銀行進行問卷調查,共計回收133份有效問卷,主要應用因素分析、迴歸分析與單因子變異數分析等統計方法進行實證研究,歸納研究結論簡述如下:一、銀行的創業導向對於其倫理氣候具有顯著的相關性存在,且較會形成高度關懷及獨立導向的倫理氣候與低度法規導向的倫理氣候。二、創業導向對於組織績效具有顯著的相關性存在,但唯獨僅在創新與積極性方面對組織績效有相當明確地正面助益。三、在本土銀行業中,具有高度關懷導向倫理氣候的組織有助於提升其組織績效。四、創業導向透過關懷型倫理氣候的中介效果,對於組織績效有著明顯的正面助益。

This research investigates the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on ethical climate and organizational performance in banking industry. A total of 133 valid questionnaires from 19 different banks were analyzed. Statistical methods such as factor analysis, ANVOA, path analysis and Multiple regression were performed to analyze the data. Findings of this research are: 1. Entrepreneurial orientation of has significant effect on ethical climate, with enhancing caring factor but lowering law/code factor. 2. Entrepreneurial orientation is found only in innovativeness and aggressiveness factor to significantly affect organizational performance. 3. Furthermore, caring factor in ethical climate will enhance the organizational performance. 4. Finally, entrepreneurial orientation is found to enhance the organizational performance through the mediate-caring factor in ethical climate.
