摘 要 企業的倫理思想在近幾年中愈來愈受重視,在競爭激烈且現實的金融業環境中,開始有人質疑是否會因為業績壓力而不顧應守之道義,但若領導者能以正確的價值觀給予下屬,此情形必能得到相當程度的消弭,領導者以身作則,就能杜絕上樑不正下樑歪的歪風出現,如果能以此而成為一個風氣,將能替組織帶來許多物質以外的效益。而領導者的風格,往往影響著企業的組織氣候,進而向下影響其員工之倫理行為。 本研究引用及參考倫理領導、組織承諾、倫理氣候與倫理行為等變數量表,針對台灣金融業之主管與部屬發放問卷,採配對問卷,本研究採取分層立意抽樣方式共發出1,800份問卷,回收有效問卷699份,回收率為38.83%,再採變異數分析、迴歸分析、Pearson相關與線性結構方程模式等統計方法加以驗證本研究假設與理論模式之配適程度。根據分析結果歸納出研究結論如下:1.倫理領導對組織承諾及倫理行為、組織承諾對倫理行為均有顯著正向關係,且均能產生顯著正向影響;2.整體關係模式具有良好之適配程度;3.倫理領導會因組織承諾之中介作用對倫理行為產生顯著正向影響4. 倫理氣候在倫理領導對組織承諾的正向影響關係中有顯著干擾作用。最後,就本研究之結論與管理意涵作深入探討,並呈現具體之研究貢獻與建議,以供企業界及學術界參酌。

And leadership style, often affecting the business climate of the organization, and then down the impact of the ethical behavior of their employees. In this study, and reference cited ethical leadership, organizational commitment, ethical behavior and ethical climate variables such as scale, for 100 of Taiwan's financial industry with the Ministry in charge of issuing questionnaires, take the matching questionnaire, the study stratified purposive sample of 1,800 copies were issued questionnaires, 699 valid questionnaires were recovered and the recovery is 38.83%, re-mining analysis of variance, regression analysis, Pearson correlation and linear structural equation modeling and other statistical methods of this study was to verify the theoretical model assumptions and the degree of fit.
