The study used human capital theory to analyze the influence of the human capital on entrepreneurial performance of new ventures and the moderate effect of environment hostility on human capital and entrepreneurial performance. Researchers used questionnaires investigation method to surveys 512 technology-based new ventures located in 76 incubation centers. Through understanding the entrepreneurs' cognition toward the proposed hypothesis, the model was tested and verified. In conclusion, research showed that both entrepreneurs' human capital and environment hostility had positive impacts on entrepreneurial performance. Besides, environment hostility also demonstrates moderate effects on entrepreneurs' human capital and entrepreneurial performance.
