摘要

非營利組織之資金以政府單位的補助、企業或個人捐贈為主，但因為經濟環境的變化，政府補助與捐贈日漸減少，此些以公益為基礎之組織面臨資金缺乏的問題，迫使其朝向商業化模式經營，發展出不同於傳統非營利組織之經營模式。新型態的公益組織藉由商業化經營方式，使得利益關係人增加，並藉由與利益關係人網絡關係的經營，發展出其特有的經營模式。本研究針對三家以公益為基礎的組織做為研究個案，以CORPS模型及PCDO架構做為分析工具，探討新型態之公益組織其利益關係人角色對於組織策略思考的影響，以提供欲轉型的非營利組織策略思考方向。本研究發現，新型態之公益組織其利益關係人種類較多，並且組織與利益關係人之網絡關係更為複雜，同時組織的利益關係人其角色多重，使得新型態公益組織必須更強調資源整合能力及利益關係人網絡經營，才能使組織永續生存。

Non-profit organizations get funds from government, business or individuals. Because economic gets change and government grants becomes fewer. The public Welfare Oriented Organization has to face the problem of funds that become fewer. Those organizations have to development new business model which is different from the past. The public Welfare Oriented Organizations' stakeholders get increase, because of its business model. And develop their unique business model by networking with stakeholders. In this research three charity-based organizations as a case study. To use CORPS model and PDCO framework analysis and comparison of different cases and proposed advice business strategy for new public welfare oriented organization. This research found that new public welfare oriented organizations has a lot of stakeholders and networks are more complex than the traditional non-profit organization. The new public welfare oriented organizations must be more emphasis on resource integration capability and interests of the network operator, so that organizations will be sustainability.
