在產業結構與國際經濟的調整過程中,社會財富兩極化分配趨勢日益明顯,新貧人口與弱勢族群持續增加,社會體制需要有不同於傳統經濟系統與制度變革-社會創業,才能彌補現有經濟體制盲點,藉由社會企業的社會性價值產出,滿足純粹企業與政府福利無法解決的社會需求;然而社會創業與社會企業管理系統創新都是高風險的管理挑戰,鼓勵弱勢族群直接投入社會創業,需要深思適當的創業方式;本文針對10家已經有穩定經營績效的社會企業,經由跨個案比對與歸納,歸納不同性質的社會企業、如何因應既有資源的本質與其他資源需求,彈性調整進入市場方式與獲取補足性資源策略,所展現的不同社會創業模式,以較低的風險快速建立市場地位,達到幫助弱勢者就業的目標。
The new poverty population would be continually growing along with the trend of bi-polarized distribution of social wealth caused by the adaptation of industrial structure and the change of international economy. It needs a different view with established social institutions concepts, i.e. social entrepreneurship, which can really look insight the market blinds. Therefore social enterprises are expected to satisfy of social weakness needs by business technologies. But entrepreneur is a high risk action, especially for a weakness market. It must have a flexible and contingent entrepreneurship strategy to guide social entrepreneur how to design a suitable market entry mode after the evaluation of entrepreneur resources portfolio. This study suggests 10 social entrepreneurship models and resources acquisition strategy and resource portfolio management, via multiple case comparison research design.
