Study on the Leisure Constraints and Participation Behaviors of Recreational Fisheries: The Moderating Role of Coping Behaviors

休閒漁業之休閒阻礙因素與參與行為之研究－兼論調適行為之干擾效果

摘要

Recreational fishery activities have become an emerging recreational trend, which is customized and selected by tourists in the sightseeing and recreation market. The purpose of this study is to discuss the leisure constraints tourists confront in their participation in recreational fishery activities, and the effects of coping behaviors on their participation and satisfaction. The results showed that intrapersonal, interpersonal, and structural constraints had significant negative effects on leisure participation and satisfaction. Only intrapersonal constraint did not have significant effects on leisure participation. Coping behaviors plays an important moderating role on the relationship between interpersonal and structural constraints and between leisure participation and satisfaction. Finally, this study proposes managerial implications and future directions.

休閒漁業是近年來興起的一種新型態休閒活動，在觀光休閒市場上成為遊客制訂決策的一種新選擇。本研究之目的主要探討遊客參與休閒漁業活動所遇到的休閒阻礙因素，以及在經過調適行為後對於參與行為與滿意度之影響效果。研究主要以南台灣高雄蚵仔寮休閒漁港的遊客為抽樣對象。研究結果顯示，個人內在阻礙、人際間阻礙與結構性阻礙對於休閒參與與滿意度呈現負向顯著影響，僅只有個人內在阻礙對於休閒參與並無顯著影響關係。在干擾變數部份，調適行為在人際間阻礙與結構性阻礙和休閒參與與滿意度之間關係具有顯著干擾關係，而在個人內在阻礙和休閒參與及滿意度之間關係並無顯著干擾關係。最後，本研究提出管理意涵與未來研究方向作為學術與實務建議。
