綠色旅遊之實踐與標章認證

在台灣推動綠色旅遊，有其時代性的意義。近年因生活富裕，國人旅遊漸成風氣，旅遊行為與環境之互動、衝擊，不容小覷。一般耳熟能詳的生態旅遊，或屬於保育管理單位之思考，或僅限於小眾人士之愛好，在社會整體永續發展的推動上，與一般缺乏環境意識的消費習慣，影響範圍並不相同。我國觀光產業主管機關交通部觀光局與地方政府，近年來開始不遺餘力，紛紛推出健康、綠色、具有人文深度的旅遊方式，並在基礎建設上多有建樹。在旅遊業界方面，也提出新概念的綠色旅遊產品。何為綠色旅遊？其原則為何？政府、業界，和消費者各該扮演何種角色？本文討論綠色旅遊之定義、原則、與作法，供國內外產官學民各界參考，希望藉由拋磚引玉之論述，啟動國內各界對綠色旅遊之廣泛重視。

The promotion of green tourism of epochal significance in Taiwan. In recent years, due to the prosperous life, Taiwanese tourism has become a trend, and the interaction and impact of tourism behavior and the environment cannot be underestimated. Eco-tourism, which is generally familiar and well-known, belongs to the thinking of conservation management units, or is limited to the hobbies of a small group of people. In the promotion of the overall sustainable development of the society, the scope of influence is different from the general lack of environmental awareness of consumption habits. The Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transport and local governments, the competent authority of my country's tourism industry, have spared no effort in recent years to launch healthy, green, and culturally profound tourism methods, and have made many achievements in infrastructure. In the tourism industry, new concepts of green tourism products are also proposed. What is green tourism? What are its principles? What role should the government, industry, and consumers play? This article discusses the definition, principles, and practices of green tourism for the reference of the industry, government, academia, and the public at home and abroad. Discuss, start the extensive attention of various circles in the country to green tourism.
