摘要

本創作係揭露一種具自動測溫及加熱功能之烘焙裝置，與動力源連接，包括：殼體，朝向烘焙物開設凹槽；紅外線溫感器，設於該殼體之凹槽，並自動輸出溫感訊號；控制模組，設於該殼體，用於接收該溫感訊號並判斷該烘焙物之表面溫度是否符合預定溫度，若否，則輸出控制訊號；以及紅外線加熱器，設於該殼體之凹槽，用於接收該控制訊號，依據該控制訊號對該烘焙物進行紅外線加熱。如是，藉自動化控制該紅外線溫感器及該紅外線加熱器對該烘焙物進行測溫及加熱，能夠維持該烘焙物於適當溫度不致冷卻，俾提升存放品質及食用之便利性。

The present invention discloses a baking device with automatic temperature measurement and heating function, and is connected with a power source, including: a housing, which opens a groove toward the baking object; an infrared temperature sensor is disposed in the groove of the housing and is automatically output. a temperature sensing signal; a control module, disposed in the housing, for receiving the temperature-sensitive signal and determining whether the surface temperature of the baked product meets a predetermined temperature; if not, outputting a control signal; and an infrared heater disposed in the recess of the housing is used to receive the control signal, and infrared heating is performed on the baked object according to the control signal. If yes, by controlling the infrared temperature sensor and the infrared heater to automatically measure and heat the baked goods, the baked goods can be maintained at an appropriate temperature without cooling, thereby improving the storage quality and the convenience of eating.
