整合多種棲地評估法之濕地保育研究-以後龍海岸為例

The Integrated Habitat Evaluation Methods for Wetland Conservation-A Case Study of the Hou-Long Coast in Miaoli

摘要


海岸濕地為國土的一環,且正處於水陸交界的環境敏感地區,過去由於大量開發海岸土地,造成海岸濕地棲地破壞,生態境劣化等課題。現階段重要濕地的劃設多以生物及生態之重要機能為基礎,但相較於陸域濕地,海岸濕地所牽涉的環境因素更加多樣,而海岸環境又是許多漁民的生計產地,所以應有更多面向影響因子的考慮,以使海岸濕地保護區的劃設更為合理。本研究是整合多種棲地評估模式以評估海岸棲地的生態資源潛力等級,再配合水域水質、棲地型態、土地使用現況內容及強度等的評估結果,以疊圖分析方法,獲得海岸濕地的敏感度等級做為劃定海岸濕地保護等級的基礎;再進一步結合民眾意願調查等因素,做為劃定濕地保護區執行優先次序及未來環境營造目標的依據。

Coastal wetland is the part of the territory, and in the eco-tone of coastal environment. Due to a large number of coastal land development, resulting in coastal wetland habitats, ecological environment deterioration. Now, the decision of the important wetlands based on biological and ecological function. But in comparison to terrestrial wetlands, coastal wetlands involved in more diverse environmental factors, and the coast is the livelihood of many fishermen. So there should be more factors to consider, this will allows the decision of the coastal wetland reserve is more reasonable. This study is to integrate the different habitat evaluation model to assess the ecological resources level of coastal habitat, together with the water quality, habitat types, land current use, use of overlay analysis, taken to the sensitivity level of the coastal wetlands, as the decision to the basis of the level of protection. Further combination of the popular will survey, as the implementation of the priorities of decision Wetland Reserve, and future environment to create the basis for the goals.
