摘要


因應生活各方面的需求,人們透過不同管道與模式獲取物品以得到滿足。而物流服務在促進人們生活發展過程中一直扮演重要的角色,透過有效物品集散與遞送,最終將人們期望的物品送至手中。隨著時代進步與社會轉型,人群往城市聚集靠攏,物流服務因應這樣的環境變遷遭遇衝擊,特別是遞送具有冷藏保質的冷鏈物流將面臨新的挑戰。在臺灣,城市冷鏈物流發展的限制條件涉及到地點、時間、對象與溫度等構面,冷鏈物流服務必須在運送的全程中不斷鏈將物品在指定的時間與位置上,送給收件者,期望做到客戶滿意度最大化。商業模式的推陳出新與資通訊技術的發展將對城市物流服務帶來巨大的影響,本研究論文將介紹新的物流技術發展與創新智慧服務架構,涵蓋蓄冷保鮮、前端物聯網感測、行動應用程式App與後端巨量資料分析平台促成冷鏈物流的自/智動化,探討對人們生活發展助益。本研究之研究目的為闡述物流產業新脈動,說明新資通訊技術,引導讀者瞭解智慧物流服務模式與應用技術於城市冷鏈物流服務。

Due to the human demands in everyday-life, people are required to obtain daily supplies from a variety of sources. An urban logistics service is a new trend of logistics service development. How to apply modern Information and communication technologies (ICT) to improve energy efficiency and satisfy the quality of transportation service becoming the most interesting topics in the cold chain logistics industry. This paper introduces the background of urban and cold-chain logistics services and study the promising sensor and transmission platforms to enhance the urban logistics service. It illustrates the intelligent logistics service mode and internet of things (IoT) application technology. The study shows two innovated products: BLE wireless temperature and humidity sensor and NFC Wireless temperature sensor which designed by Service Systems Technology Center of Industrial Technology Research Institute, R.O.C. Experiments demonstrate a smart IoT platform which combines intelligent logistics service with IoT application to support an urban logistics service. Experiment results proof the proposed smart IoT platform is effective. The study also discusses its evaluations and limitations. The contribution of this study is to induct an user to understand the development of intelligent urban logistics service and new IOT technology.
