當善良不再是種選擇-強迫性的組織公民行為之回顧性研究

When Good Will is Not Out of Free Will-A Literature Review of Compulsory Citizenship Behavior

摘要


傳統上組織公民行為產生的正面效益為人所津津樂道,組織中有樂於從事組織公民行為的員工,是組織發展的一大助力。然而當企業過度推廣組織公民行為,人人皆以公民行為做為職場服務的非正式標準,以及企業內部高度競爭下,經理人可能因而在管理上採取了便利的管理措施,導致員工不得不在現有職務外,被迫從事組織公民行為。當員工非自願的從事組織公民行為的情況下,善意不再是一種選擇,組織乃至於個人會受到何種程度的影響或危害?本研究蒐集2006~2019有關被強迫性組織公民行為的期刊論文計15篇,探討強迫性組織公民行為的前因與後果。期望藉由概念的深入研究,對企業人力資源管理實務上,帶來檢視改變的契機。
