知識管理與學校效能關係研究之後設分析

A Meta-analysis of the Relationship between Knowledge Management and School Effectiveness

摘要


本研究旨在運用後設分析方法(meta-analysis),彙整國內知識管理與學校效能之實證研究結果,藉以探討知識管理與學校效能的整體效果值。資料蒐集從2000年1月至2011年12月為止,符合研究所需之相關文獻共計23篇學位論文,使用Comprehensive Meta-Analysis 2.0進行分析。研究結果為:(1)知識管理與學校效能有顯著相關,整體效應量為0.796;(2)知識管理之個別層面與整體學校效能達顯著相關,以知識創新與整體學校效能的效應量為最高;(3)整體知識管理與學校效能之個別層面有顯著相關,以整體知識管理與教師教學品質的效應量為最高;(4)知識管理個別層面與學校效能個別層面之間有顯著相關,以知識取得與行政績效管理的效應量為最高。

The purpose of this study is to employ the meta-analysis techniques to synthesize the results of empirical studies on knowledge management and school effectiveness in Taiwan, in order to investigate the overall effect size of knowledge management and school effectiveness. Data from January 2000 through December 2011 had been collected. There were totally 23 degree dissertations which conformed to the research demand. The Comprehensive Meta-Analysis 2.0 has conducted for data analysis. The research findings had included as follows: (1) Knowledge management has significantly associated with school effectiveness. The total effect size was 0.796. (2) The individual elements of knowledge management have significantly associated with the aggregated school effectiveness. Among all, the effect size of knowledge invention on the aggregated school effectiveness was the highest. (3) The aggregated knowledge management has significantly associated with the individual elements of school effectiveness. Among all, the effect size of the aggregated knowledge management on teachers' teaching qualities was the highest. (4) The individual elements of knowledge management have significantly associated with the individual elements of school effectiveness. The effect size of knowledge acquisition on administration efficiency management was the highest.
