大學學生健康體適能差異評估之研究-以中華醫事科技大學101至104學年度學生為例

The Differences of Physical Fitness in College Students: A Case Study of Students enrolled in Chung Hwa University of Medical Technology between 2012 and 2015

摘要


本研究目的旨在評估與了解本校各科系一至四年級學生健康體適能之情形。希望藉由大學學生健康體適能檢測評估,瞭解大學學生健康體適能現況,結果將作為體育課程編排與教學之參考。以101學年度至104學年度上體育課的四技學生共計4518位大學生為研究對象(男生1996人;女生2522人),健康體適能檢測項目有:身高、體重和身體質量指數(BMI)、柔軟度(坐姿體前彎)、肌耐力(一分鐘屈膝仰臥起坐)、瞬發力(立定跳遠)與心肺耐力(男生1600公尺、女生800公尺跑走)等,測驗資料結果以描述性統計進行討論評估。結果:在健康體適能檢測結果101學年度至104學年度男女整體而言,綜合各項體適能測驗成績結果顯示出中華醫事科技大學學生健康體適能表現有很大的改善空間,建議相關單位應針對以上結果擬定改善計畫,在體育教學中除了技能教學之外,應多加強體能訓練,指導學生設計運動處方與擬訂健身計畫,鼓勵學生養成規律運動習慣,提升個人健康與體適能水準。

The purpose of this study is to assess and understand the physical fitness of students in grades 1 to 4 of the school. By assessing the physical fitness of the students, the curriculum and teaching methods could be improved. The sample were 1996males and 2522 females. Their height, weight, body mass index (BMI), softness (sit and bend forward), muscle endurance (one minute sit-ups), instantaneous force (long jump) and heart and lung endurance (boys run 1600 meters, girls run 800 meters).Descriptive statistics were applied for evaluation. Based on the analysis, the results show that the test subjects were below national average. It is suggested that the relevant units should propose an improvement strategy to strengthen students' physical training and guide they students to design exercise prescription and formulate fitness programs. In addition, students should be encouraged to develop regular exercise habits to improve their health and physical fitness levels.
