從前瞻因應理論觀點探討民營企業中高齡經理人之退休準備

Discussion on the Retirement Preparation of Senior Managers in Private Enterprises from The Perspective of Proactive Coping Theory

摘要


本研究目的在於瞭解我國民營事業,中高齡之企業中高階專業經理人,對於未來生活的準備與期許,例如預先思考可能面臨的老化問題,是否已透過行動、進行未來生活的前瞻因應與退休準備,進而產生具體的行動規劃的歷程,使他們在邁入老年期時,能夠過著活躍、有意義的老後生活規劃。本研究以中高齡之民營事業中高階專業經理人為研究對象,以焦點團體訪談法進行、探討他們對於未來準備的歷程,及未來準備過程中所採取的規劃行動。本研究採焦點團體訪談法進行,訪談對象為年齡介於47歲至57歲之專業經理人或創業家,就訪談內容進行資料分析與假設彙整。本研究就彙整結果,提出研究結論與建議,作為退休之民營事業經理人退休準備與前瞻因應之參考。

The purpose of this study is to understand the preparations and expectations of middle-aged and older professional managers with middle and high level in private enterprises for future life, such as thinking in advance about whether they may face the aging problem, and whether they have already taken actions to carry out proactive coping and retirement preparations of future life in order to produce a course of concrete action plans, enabling them to live an active and meaningful life plan when they enter old age. This study takes senior and middle-aged professional managers in the private sector as the research object and conducts focus group interviews to discuss their preparation for the future and the planning actions they take in the future. This study was conducted using a focus group interview method. The interviewees were professional managers or entrepreneurs aged 45 to 55. Data analysis and hypothesis aggregation of the interview content were conducted. According to the results, this research proposes research conclusions and recommendations, and serves as a reference for retirement preparations and proactive coping of retired private business managers.
