戶外冒險教育活動方案對兒少安置機構少年心理資本的影響

The Effects of Outdoor Adventure Education Program on Psychological Capital of Adolescence Living in Placement and Education Institutes

摘要


本研究旨在探討戶外冒險教育活動方案對兒少安置機構少年心理資本的影響。採用不等組前後測實驗設計,立意抽樣某兒少機構40名少年,分派為實驗組與控制組。實驗組參與本研究設計的戶外冒險教育活動方案,控制組則持續進行機構既定活動。參與研究少年都透過心理資本問卷蒐集實證資料,共變數分析和結構方程模式潛在成長模式分析結果顯示,戶外冒險教育活動方案對安置機構少年的自我效能、希望、韌性、樂觀等心理資本,都有顯著的立即提升效果與延宕保留效果。根據研究發現,研究者進行省思討論,並對戶外冒險教育活動方案在兒少安置機構的實施,以及未來研究提出相關建議。

The main purposes of this study were to explore the effects of outdoor adventure education program on psychological capital of adolescence living in placement and education institutes. Nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group design was used in this study, and we recruited a convenience sample including 40 adolescences to carry out experiment. During experiment period, 20 adolescences participated in outdoor adventure education program, another 20 adolescences participated in a control group. These participants completed measures of PsyCap questionnaire. The obtained data were analyzed by ANCOVA, and latent growth curve models analysis to examine effects. Statistical analysis showed effects of outdoor adventure education program on resilience, hope, self-efficacy, optimism of adolescence living in placement and education institutes are significant. Based on these results, the recommendations for outdoor adventure education program development in placement and education institutes, and future research were submitted.
