互動式之旅遊資訊傳播,往往需藉由具有導覽解說專業人士、或透過訓練非專業人士之方式,傳達給遊客。然而,受限於遊客之多元需求、導覽解說人員不足及實際遊程時間彈性調整等因素影響下,若再加上個人自由行之遊程導覽資訊服務之考量,前述全人工方式之導覽解說服務實難以滿足不同遊客之需求。據此藉由GPS具有不受實體物阻擋,以及全天候使用之條件,在大範圍尺度之下,也能夠長距離定位;如果再配合GIS資料庫,設計相關景點解說內容,構成遊客之數位行動導覽解說系統,將是克服前述問題之有效方案。本研究以GPS做為判定自行車位置之依據,配合示範區之GIS景點資料庫,建置聲音、文字以及圖片等數位內容,藉以滿足自行車使用者之導覽解說需求。另本研究所發展之系統,其主要之數位內容建置採開放式規劃,故解說資訊亦可由使用者自主更新,或作為研發遊程教材與專題之輔助工具。後續研究可朝硬體支援,或結合電子羅盤,應可便利於展現景點之直覺方位,讓使用者感受到數位行動導覽系統之人性化效用。
The transmit of tour information is often carried by voice or gesture of a well-trained tour guide or local resident to a tourist. The communication channel is the most direct and interactive way for a guide to a tourist. Nevertheless, it still can not satisfy various tours´ need for tour information only from a live guide service. The features of Global Positioning System(GPS) are 24 hours operation, none-linear signal transmit and GPS signal can be retrieved globally. With the strength of Geographic Information System(GIS), each scenic point and its image , voice data , can be inserted into the mobile tour device. The tour information voice, image and description window pops out automatically once the user approaches a scenic point by GPS position. This article introduces a mobile tour application made by flexible mobile component that can be a potential subject for project team work resource and a inspire reference for recreational teaching materials.
