氯乙烯偏二氯乙烯乳化共聚合之研究

摘要


用自製之氯乙烯與偏二氯乙烯,按其分子六十比四十,加十二醇硫酸酯鈉鹽為乳化劑,過硫酸鈉為活化劑,行乳化共聚合。經實驗,發現乳化劑與活化劑用量多,反應速度快。反應溫度對平均聚合度與反應速度有顯著之影響。轉動速度快,反應稍加速。惟欲求高濃度之乳液成品,則其操作時之乳化狀況,成品之穩定度,及求符合塗佈技術之各項物理性質,尚需繼續探討。

The emulsion copolymerization of vinyl chloride and vinylidene chloride, in mole ratio of 60:40, was carried out using sodium lauryl sulfate as emulsifier and potassium persulfate initiator. The preliminary results showed that conversion increased with the increasing of catalyst and emulsifying agent, but only slightly influencied by the rate of agitation. The mean degree of polymerization was prominently effected by reaction temperature. In order to prepare high resin content latex, further studies should be conducted.
