本篇論文是使用受挫式全反射法搭配Otto組態(稜鏡-待測物-金屬薄膜層)共振表面電漿波對合成樹脂添加主要成分鄰苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯及聚氯乙烯的量測,藉由鄰苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯與聚氯乙烯濃度變化搭配金、銀、銅金屬薄膜進行電腦模擬與分析,本論文研究生參考表面電漿波電腦模擬實驗架構方式,找出Otto組態激發表面電漿波之最佳化鄰苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯及聚氯乙烯的共振角,對整個模擬結果作深入分析與探討。
This paper is based on frustrated total internal reflection and the use of prism-coupled Otto configuration(prism - analyte - metal film) excited surface plasma waves measurements for di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate and polyvinyl chloride, Computer simulation and analysis of metal films of gold, silver and copper by matching the concentration variation of di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate with polyvinyl chloride, Reference plane plasma wave computer simulation experiment architecture, The resonance angle of the optimized neighborhood di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate and polyvinyl chloride excited by the plasma wave of the Otto configuration excited surface can be found, and the entire simulation result is analyzed and discussed in depth.
