Carotenoids. III. Pigments of Orange Peel
摘要
由橘子果皮萃取色素，經水解後，應用色層分析法及吸收光譜分析法，分離並證明其為Violaxanthin, Cryptoxanthin, Xanthophyll, β-Carotene, 維他命A及Phytofluene等。
