由橘子果皮萃取色素,經水解後,應用色層分析法及吸收光譜分析法,分離並證明其為Violaxanthin, Cryptoxanthin, Xanthophyll, β-Carotene, 維他命A及Phytofluene等。
From the pigments of orange peel, violaxanthin, cryptoxanthin, β-carotene, xanthophyll, phytofluene and vitamin A were separated and identified by hydrolysis followed by chromatography and absorption spectroscopy.
