摘要


將聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯啶酮、聚丙烯醯胺、聚甲基丙烯酸及甲基纖維素等水溶性高分子之混合水溶液,曝露於鈷六十輻射之γ射線,研討其所引起放射之效果,獲得結論如下:混合水溶液中之兩種高分子,若均爲互織型,即發生異分子互織型反應;若任何一方爲分解型,卽不發生異分子互織型反應。發生異分子互織型反應之混合水溶液,隨照射時間之增加而黏度逐漸上昇,但對沉澱劑之影響,呈特異現象。此由於假定在照射初期,生成枝接共聚合體,可獲得圓滿解釋。膠凝線量與分子量及高分子組成比之間,均有直線關係,在互織型與分解型高分子之混合水溶液,互織反應常因分解型高分子分子之存在而被延遲。作者對射線引起之異分子互織型反應機構,亦加以討論。

Radiation-induced co-crosslinkings in some water soluble polymers, i e, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, polyacrylamide, polymethacrylic acid, and methyl cellulose have been studied. Co-network is formed when a mixed aqueous solution of two cross- linking type polymers is irradiated. But, no co-network is formed when one of these polymers is degradation type. Graft mer is formed at the early stage of irradiation in co-crosslinking reaction It has been observed that the gelation dose for mixed aqueous solutions is proportional to both the average molecular weight and component of polymers. The crosslinking of polymers is retarded when a degradation type is mixed. The general mechanism for these observations is proposed.
