摘要


用硫酸、鹽酸或乾燥氯化氫為觸媒,酚和丙酮可以縮合產生雙酚-A,其中以氯化氫的作用最強。由試驗結果得最佳反應條件如下:反應溫度為20-45°C,酚-丙酮分子比為4,氯化氫用量約等於飽和量,反應時間為23小時,粗雙酚-A產率達97%。所得粗雙酚-A融點,均能合乎Shell公司規範(>150°C) 。粗雙酚-A由一氯化苯,經六次再結晶後融點約為156.4-161.0°C。

Condensation of phenol with acetone in presence of hydrogen chloride gas catalyst was studied. Such variables, as reaction temperature, reaction period, ratio of phenol to acetone, and the amount of hydrogen chloride were controlled in order to find the preferential conditions. The best yield of crude bisphenol (2, 2-bis-p-hydroxyl phenol propane) reached 97%. The product, having a melting point 150°C+, well meets the specifications designated by The Shell Corporation.
