摘要

用甲苯為原料，經硝化，胺化等步驟，並以不同的操作條件，合成硝基甲苯胺。同時就甲苯環上之硝基位置，對於不褪色基之影響，加以研討。實驗結果，經重氮化，與萘酚AS偶合，4-硝基鄰甲苯胺，可得猩紅色帶有黃光(shade)；但5-硝基鄰甲苯胺，則生成紅色帶有藍光。其餘二種3-硝基和6-硝基鄰甲苯胺，均不發色。

Nitro-toluidines were synthesized from toluene through nitration and lamination. In a series of experiments, different nitro-group orientations were obtained by varying the reaction conditions. The effect of the position of nitro-group on the fast color base and its developing was examined and discussed briefly.
