摘要


環氧樹脂分子之結構具有極性較大之醚,又因硬化反應不生成揮發性副產物,本劑經試驗結果不僅相同之材料可以接着,且相異主材料亦能接着,效果亦佳,並可免除受震動或受衝擊而脫落等各種缺點。本劑之黏着性能與所選用硬化劑,樹脂助劑及填充劑有關。硬化時溫度愈高所需之硬化時間愈短,其有效硬化反應下在最高剪力下所忍受阻度最低達-50°C,最高達300°C。聚醯胺硬化劑,可應用於常溫硬化,無需加熱及加壓使用芳香族胺硬化劑及酚樹脂助劑可耐高溫,但必須加熱以促進其硬化。

The experimental results indicated that epoxy resins possessed outstanding adhesion. The adhesive properties were improved selectively by the addition of suitable fillers and resinous modifier. The ultimate adhesive strength could be influenced by cure cycles and application technique. Through the use of curing agents, resinous modifiers systems could be formulated that have superior shear strength at temperature as low as -50°C and good shear strength at temperature as high as 300°C. The curing agents were chosen according to the demands of the application. The polyamide with its amide linkage and its free amine groups was an excellent curing agent, and it was used at room temperature without the application of heat and pressure. Aromatic amines were used where moderated heat resistance was required. High temperature adhesives were made from epoxy novolac resins or from epoxy cured with phenolic resins.
