五氯酚尿素成粒之研究

The Study on Granulation of Pentachlorophenol Urea

摘要


將五氯酚鉀與尿素共融,製成粒狀五氯酚尿素,使用於農田可得施肥殺草兼顧之效。本試驗將五氯酚鉀與尿素融化於高沸點之溶劑中,使其混合均勻,於極短促之受熱時間內通過細小孔洞之製粒板,然後使之急速冷卻凝固而成粒,結果受熱滯留時間(retension time)減少,所產生之二縮脲(biuret, NH_2CONHCONH_2)降至1%以下,其總氮量損失微小,氮之固定保持之效果因之增進。

Granular pentachlorophenol urea was prepared by remelting potassium pentachlorophenol and urea in high boiling point petroleum solvent at eutectic point. The amount of biuret formed under various conditions was measured quantitatively by spectrometric method. The favorable operating conditions of minimizing t he amount of biuret product were to decrease the melting temperature and the retension time. A small amount of nitrogen loss in PCP urea solution ha s been observed.
