雪梨酮(Sydnone)衍生物之合成及其性質之研究VI：雪梨酮的醯化反應(II)
Studies on the Synthesis of the Sydnone Derivatives and its Properties Vii Acylation of Sydnone (II)
摘要
使用85%磷酸做為醯化反應的觸媒，合成了四種4-乙醯基雪梨酮；即為3-苯基-4-乙醯基雪梨酮，3-苄基-4-乙醯基雪梨酮，3-隣-甲苯基-4-乙醯基雪梨酮和3-對-甲苯基-4乙醯基雪梨酮，其中後兩者為新化合物。同時提出其可能的酸化反應機構。

Four 4-acetylsydnones, 3-phenyl-4-acetylsydnone, 3-benzyl-4-acetylsydnone, 3-o-tolyl-4-acetylsydnone and 3-p-tolyl-4-acetylsydnone, have been prepared from the appropriate sydnones and acetic anhydride in the presence of 85% H_3PO_4 The last two compounds are new. The possible reaction mechanism of acylation is suggested.
