摘要


使用0.01M及0.003M NiCl_2為電鍍鎳廠放出廢水處理的樣品,研討離子交換膜電透析法作去污的可行性。膜間距離為0.77mm時,可得很好的回收及去污的效果。為了適應各廠規模的大小,將海水提煉食鹽時Mintz所提的操作方程式應用於鎳的去污結果,發現此方程式同樣可利用於設計時之參考,即對所欲達成之一定去污率時,可由方程式求其電流密度、回流流率及電槽之大小。

Possibility of using membrane electrodialysis method was studied as the concentration and depollution for the wastewater from electrolytic nickel plating effluent. 0.01M and 0.003M of NiCl_2. solution were used as sample solution, With a cell of membrane separated with 0.77 mm, thickness a good result of concentration and depollution of nickel was obtained. For the adaptation of this method as a practical use in a large or small scale opperation, the applicability of the performance equation, which was proposed by Mintz for the design in desalination, was checked We found the same perfomance equation can be also useful as the guide in design of electrodialysis, that is, for the finit degree of the depollution ratio, the circulation flow rate, the current density to be applied and dimension of cell size needed can be estimated from this equation.
