本文取五種在水中有相近pKa值的羧酸及酚類,用電導法測出它們溶在2-甲氧基乙醇中有不同的pKa值。如用2-甲氧基乙醇為溶劑,以NN'-雙胺基胍為標準鹼,在隔絕空氣的條件下作電導滴定,發現其滴定曲線的轉折點可以顯示滴定終點而可將混合物的成份準確地分別定量。回復率近於1表示滴定效果良好。滴定曲線與pKa之關係亦加以討論。
The pKa values of some carboxylic acids and phenols are determined by corductome trio method. Conductometric titrations of mixtures of carboxylic acids and phenols in non-aqueous solvent are described. 2-Methomeihanol is a suitable differentiating solvent for quantitative determination of the above mixtures, using N, N -diphenylgu- anadine as standard base, in conductometric method. Titration curves are also discussed.
