印刷電路板工廠中所產生的含氨型蝕銅廢液,經加入稀酸,形成不溶性銅鹽沉澱。以分離與回收廢液中所含高量的銅成份。本文討論廢液加酸沉澱的系統化學平衡,採用數值分析的方法來尋求操作的最佳酸鹼度。其他影響化學平衡的變數,亦在文中加以討論,沉澱法可將廢液中原含銅量110公克/公斤降至1.5公克/公斤以下,銅回收率可達98%以上。
The dilute acid is added to the ammonia containing spent etchant from printed circuit boards manufacturing and then the precipitate is separated from the bath to recover the copper. The chemical equilibrium of the precipitation reactions is discussed and calculated by the method of numerical analysis for finding the optimum operation condition. A simplified approach is illustrated to evaluate the concentrations of the species in the equilibrium. The copper concentration initially greater than 110 g/l is reduced to 1.5 g/l by this treatment. Recovery of copper is better than 98%.
