加氫脫硫觸媒特性之探討

摘要


加氫脫硫(HDS)觸媒如Co-Mo/Al_2O_3或Ni-Mo/Al_2O_3在煉油工業中扮演相當重要之角色。雖然已廣泛被應用,但以往在此方面之發展大都靠嘗式與錯誤方式來達成,近年來由於新技術之開發,使得人們能對此類觸媒結構及其活性位置有較深入之了解,也因此能針對所需要之反應製備出更適宜之加氫脫硫觸媒。本文將就過渡金屬特性,如電子效應、幾何效應及促進效應等,以及觸媒活性成份結構與催化活性之關係加以說明,同時亦考慮可能之反應機構以及觸媒設計等問題。

Hydrodesulfurization (HDS) catalysts such as Co-Mol Al_2 O_3 and Ni-Mo/A1_2 O_3 are among the most important oil refining catalysts. In spite of their widespread industrial uses, very little basic knowledge has been available and the industrial developments have occurred to a large extent as a result of trial and error experiments. The introduction of new approaches and techniques to the problem has recently changed the situation. The active structures and active sites have been identified and characterized. This has allowed one to understand the observed catalytic behavior. In this paper, characteristics of transition metal, such as electronic effect, geometry effect and promotion effect are explained for the catalytic activity. The active structures, active sites, reaction mechanism and catalyst design are also discussed.
