本報告旨在探討硝酸根離子對水樣中氯離子以離子層折法測定可能造成之干擾。雖然硝酸根離子與氯離子之滯留時間差距甚大,但本研究發現水樣中若含大於100 ppm NO_3^-基底物質即足以造成1 ppm CI^-測定上之干擾,一方面其導電度信號隨NO_3^-濃度增高而顯著下降,另一方面其滯留時間亦隨NO_3^-濃度增高而顯著減短。
This study is to investigate the possibility of interference in the determination of chloride ion in water containing NO_3^- by ion chromatograhy. Although the resolution between CT and NO_3^- in the chromatogram was high, serious interference from NO_3^- with its content greater than 100 ppm was present when chloride ion in the order of > 1 ppm was determined. It was found that the response of conductivity of chloride ion de creased apparently with increasing the concentration of NO_3^- In addition, the retention time of chloride ion was observed to shift lower with increasing the concentration of NO_3^-.
