利用離子層析儀(Ion Chromatograph)分析對羥苯甲酸(P-Hydroxybenzoic Acid)合成品中所含微量鹼金屬,即鉀、鈉,之方法及説明新創試料之簡便前處理方法。對羥苯甲酸合品中所含之微量鉀、鈉鹽利用離子層析法所使用之溶離液即2mM硝酸當萃取劑萃取試料中之鉀、鈉鹽後以離子層析法分析時所得結果和原子吸收光譜法所得結果很接近,並一次即可分析出此兩種離子成份。此方法省時簡便,並無原子吸收光譜法試料前處理之環境污染,減少實驗室廢棄物之處埋,極適合工廠日常分析(Routine Analysis)。
Ion chromatography is applied to analyze the trace amount of potassium and sodium ion in the liquid crystal grade p-hydroxybenzoic acid. The method is simple and new non-pollution sample preparation method is developed. Two mM nitric acid is used as extraction solvent of the sample and eluent of ion chromatography. The results are equivalent to the values obtained from atomic absoption spectroscopy. The method is time saving and less pollution . and suitable to the routine analysis on manufacturing site.
