以石墨爐原子吸光儀測定高純度丙酮中鈉、鉀之含量

Determination of Sodium and Potassium in High Purity Acetone by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometer

摘要


以石墨爐原子吸光儀(Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectromete, GFAAS) 對許多元素之測定具有很高的靈敏度,因此非常適合作為徽量分析的測定裝置。本研究是利用石墨爐原子吸光儀直接測定電子級的丙酮中之鈉、鉀含量。樣品在分析過程中不需要複雜的前處理,只需將丙酮稀釋後便可直接由儀器測定,大大地減少了污染的可能性。此外,本方法還研究樣品揮發度、稀釋倍數、溫度條件、水質及石墨管之記憶效應等與分析結果有關的參數。根據研究數種廠牌之丙酮樣品顯示,由於基質不完全相同,標準添加線斜率會有些改變。本方法中鈉的方法偵測極限可以測到2.3ng/ml;鉀可以測到0.9ng/ml,樣品的回收率在75~125%之間。

Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry is one of the most sensitive analytical techniques for many trace elements. This study shows that the using of GFAAS for the determination of sodium and potassium in electronic grade acetone which is required for the highest purity. There is no need to pretreat samples but rather dilute them with water and following by directly instrumental analyses. Several effects, such as sample volatility, factor of dilutions, temperature program, reagent purity and memory effect of graphite tube, were studied and considered to have relation- ships with analytical re-suIts. Since the matrix of different as-received samples are not completely the same, the studies show that the slope of their standard addition curves have some changes. The detection limits of method were 2.3 and 0.9 ng/ml for sodium and potassium respectively. And the spike recoveries of them lie between 75 and 125%.
