從樹舌之甲醇萃取液中分離得到以下七種化合物:ergosta-7,22-dien-3β-yl-palmitate(1), alnusenone(2), fridelin(3), ergoata-7,22-dien-3-one(4), ergosta-7,22-dien-3β-ol(5), ergosterol(6), ergosta-5,8,22-trien-3β, 15-diol(8),及二種混和物:ergosterolperoxide和9(11)-dehydroergosterol peroxide之混晶(7),與β-D-glucosamine之長鏈(C_(32)-C_(36))衍生物的混和物(9)。其中(1), (7), (8)為首次由樹舌中分離得到,(9)為新發現之成份。
Seven compounds [ergosta-7,22-dien-3β-yl-palmitate (1), alnusenone (22), fridelin (3, ergosta- 7,22-dien-3-one (4), ergosta-7,22-dien-3β-ol (5), ergosterol (6), ergosta-5,8,22-trien-3β, 15-diol (8) are seperated from Ganoderma applanatum. Also two kinds of mixed crystals [ergosterol peroxide; 9(11)- dehydroergosterolperoxide mixture (7),long chain(C_(32)-C_(36)) carboxylate of glucosamine mixture (9) are seperated. The compounds (1), (7), and (8) are the first isolation from G. applanatumand the component (9) is a new one.
