鉍系超導線材的製作及其特性

The Characteristics of a Bi-Pb-Sr-Ca-Cu-O Superconducting Tape

摘要


銀被覆的鉍鉛鍶鈣氧(Bi_(1.81)Pb_(0.43)Sr_(1.71)Ca_(2.14)Cu_3O_x)高溫超導線帶已被製成。經過壓延及熱處理之後,高溫超導顆粒a-b面平行於線帶的表面。超導線帶的臨界電流密度和熱處理的條件有很大關係。在液態氮溫度測得的超導線帶a-b面的臨界電流為9.4安培,其相對應的臨界電流密度J_c值為一萬七千安培/平方厘米(1.7 × 10^4 A /cm^2)。由磁滯曲線的測量,我們估計在5k時的臨界電流密度為二十萬安培/每平方厘米(2 × 10^5 A/cm^2)。

Ag-sheathed Bi_(1.81)Pb_(0.43)Sr_(1.71)Ca_(2.14)Cu_3O_x superconducting tapes have been fabricated by the powderin- silver tubing technique followed by appropriate sintering. The a-b plane of the superconducting grains was found to be perpendicular to the surface normal of the tapes. Transport critical current I, reached 9.4A at 17K determined by the four probe technique, corresponding to the critical current density J, = 1.7 X 10" A/cm2. From magnetization hysteresis loop, J, was estimated to be around 2 × 10^5 A/cm^2 at 5 K.
