摘要
山油麻(Trema virgata Blume)心材以甲醇泠浸抽取，得長鏈烷(A)；Stigmast-4-en-3-one(B)；飽和脂肪酸C_(16)，C_(18)(C)；6β-hydroxystigmast-4-en-3-one(D)；3β-hydroxystigmast-4-en-6-one(E)；24R-ethyl-5α-cholestane-3β，6α-diol(F)；methyl p-hydroxybenzoate(G)；p-hydroxybenzaldehyde(H)；methyl 2,3-dihydro-2-methylbenzofuran-7-carboxylate(I)等化合物。其中化合物(E)是第一次由天然界所分離出的3-hydroxylated △^4-6-oxo固醇類。

From the methanol extract of the heartwood of Trema virgata Blume, long chain alkanes, stigmast-4-en-3-one, fatty acids, 6β-hydroxystigmast-4-en-3-one, 3β-hydroxy-stigmast-4-en-6-one, 24R-ethyl-5α-cholestane-3β, 6α-diol, methyl p-hydroxybenzoate, p-hydroxybenzaldehyde, methyl 2,3-dihydro-2-methylbenzofuran-7-carboxylate were isolated. In which 3β-hydroxystigmast-4-en-6-one is the first naturally occurring 3-hydroxylated △^4-6-oxo steroid.
