二碘化釤試劑在有機合成上的應用
The Synthetic Applications of Samarium(II) Iodide in Organic Chemistry
摘要
二碘化釤是相當好的還原劑，對各種不同官能基均具還原能力，此外，由於其反應係經由電子轉移過程，因此適當的控制反應條件，各種自由基中間物的分子間(及分子內)偶合，環化反應均可由此試劑啟動。除了產率高外，其立體選擇性也不錯。在本論文中將逐一討論這些反應的機構，適用範疇及其合成用途。

Samarium(II) iodide is a potentialy powerful reducing agent toward a variety of functional groups. The radical anion intermediates are formed because the electron transfer process is involved in these reactions. Under careful control of the reaction conditions, the inter- or intramolecular coupling and cyclization reactions can be initiated by samarium(II) iodide. In this review, the reaction mechanisms, scope and synthetic application of these reactions will be discussed.
