摘要
流動注入分析法具有試劑消耗量少、分析速度快、再現性高及易於自動化等四項優點，故已廣泛地應用在多種例行分析工作上。本文將對流動注入分析法的基本原理，包括分散現象以及影響分散程度的各項重要因素做詳細的探討：此外，對流動注入分析儀中，各個重要部分的功能、特性等也將有所討論。

Flow Injection Analysis (FIA) has been widely used for routine analyses in various fields due to the features of low reagent consumption, high sample throughput, good reproducibility, and feasibility to be automated. The most important process in FIA, controlled dispersion, as well as the factors which will affect the dispersion coefficient, was discussed in detail. In addition, the function of each component in a basic FIA system was also briefly discussed.
