摘要


由於酵素具有高度的選擇性,尤其是鏡像選擇性,所以很多酵素及微生物已經被應用於有機合成及有機反應。水解酶例如脂肪酶、酯酶、醯基轉移酶、蛋白酶、以及去氫酶均用於製備鏡像合成基團,醛縮酶用於製備醣類衍生物,而且許多天然物的合成也用化學酵素方法完成,一般相信酵素及微生物的反應,將被有機化學家接納成為有機化學反應的方法。

Because of high selectivity, paticularly for enantioselectivity, in chemical reactions, many enzymes and microorganisms have been used in organic synthesis and reactions. Hydrolytic enzymes such as lipases, esterases, acylases and proteases and dehydrogenases played an important role in the preparation of chiral synthons. Aldolases were also applied to synthesize unusual sugar derivatives. More and more natural products have been synthesized by chemoenzymatic methods. The use of enzymes and microorganisms in organic reactions will be widely accepted by organic chemists as general methods.
