酵素在有機合成之現況與展望
Status and Prospects of Enzymes in Organic Synthesis
摘要
酵素催化應用在有機合成上有極大的潛力。在過去十幾年來，這方面的發展如雨過春筍般地快速。但近年來這方面的發展則更上層樓，有如虎添翼般，所以我認為有必要在此描述酵素在有機合成應用上之現況及展望。

Enzymes have great potential as catalysts for use in synthetic organic chemistry. Applications of enzymes in synthesis have been well developed for more than one decade. Recently, many novel findings on this field has also been reported. This paper reviews the status of the rapidly developing field of enzyme-catalyzed organic synthesis, and outlines both present opportunities and probable future developments in this field.
